Watch DVD Movies on LG TV via Seagate Wireless Plus & Plex (without DVD Player)

I have tons of DVD discs that I want to play on my LG TV via Seagate Wireless Plus & Plex though network on the fly. And I don’t want to use the PC as a media player.
